We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment.
By placing a card on file, you authorize us to charge for late cancellations, no-shows, and outstanding balances per our policies. Your card is stored securely through our booking system.

β° Punctuality & Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment and take a seat in the waiting area just inside the main salon entrance. I will greet you when my suite is ready for you.
If you suspect there has been a mix up on your appointment, have a question or need to buy product please step back to my suite as I may not know you are here and I will be happy to assist you.
Appointments are carefully scheduled to ensure the best possible experience. Appointments more than 5 minutes late may be modified to fit the remaining time or rescheduled with a 25% fee applied.
Repeated late arrivals may result in a rescheduling restriction or additional deposit requirements.

β Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within that window are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment price and may be charged to the card on file or added to your next appointment total.

If you are experiencing contagious symptoms of illness, we ask you to please reschedule. This protects you, other clients and our team. Thank you for your consideration and care.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment.
Adjustments are intended to address technical inconsistencies from the original request—not changes in preference. Your stylist will assess the service and determine whether the adjustment is complimentary, product-only, or full-service cost.

π« Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a health, hygiene, or safety risk—including but not limited to:
Open wounds, lice, or skin conditions
Contagious illness
Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior

π Product Return Policy
Unopened or lightly used products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for in-salon credit or product exchange. All returns are subject to approval.
